Southam and Associates works diligently to provide superior housing for our valued employees. In return, we require the employees to keep the apartment / townhome CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. We require weekly vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and cleaning of the toilet, sink and shower to protect our investment in our employees and their lodging.
→ Management will perform regular checks to make sure the lodging is being kept in good condition.
We have provided each location with cleaning supplies and will continue to do so. If you are running low on cleaning supplies at any time, please contact HR as soon as possible so we can provide the needed supplies.
Cleaning checklists are due by the 31st of each month.
