As a responsible employer and in order to ensure the safety of our employees and protect our company's assets, we are implementing a Responsible Driver Policy for the use of company vehicles. This policy outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines for all employees who operate company vehicles in the course of their duties. 1. Driver Eligibility: a. All employees must possess a valid driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle they will be operating. b. Employees must notify the company immediately if their license is suspended, revoked, or if they become ineligible to drive.

5. Accidents and Incidents: a. In the event of an accident or incident, employees must immediately report it to their supervisor and the appropriate department. b. Employees should cooperate with law enforcement officials, complete necessary accident reports, and provide accurate and truthful information.
6. Vehicle Security: a. Company vehicles should be locked and secured when not in use. b. Employees must not leave valuable items or company equipment unattended in a company vehicle.
7. Reporting Violations: a. Employees are encouraged to report any violations of this policy witnessed or observed by others to their supervisor or the Human Resources department.

Failure to comply with this Responsible Driver Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Additionally, any violations of traffic laws or unsafe driving practices may result in legal consequences and financial liabilities for the employee involved.
